What We Do

Residential replacements, new-construction installs, small commercial work, and dependable repair. All installed by a family that puts its name on it.

Residential HVAC

Whole-home comfort, sized right and built to last.

Your home's heating and cooling system is one of the most-used things in the house — and the most invisible until it breaks. We design and install systems that fit your home's specific load, not a one-size-fits-all spec off a truck. That means quiet operation, consistent temps room to room, and lower utility bills from a system that isn't constantly fighting itself.

Furnace & AC Changeouts

Straightforward like-for-like swaps or efficiency upgrades. We handle haul-away, permits, and startup — and leave the mechanical room cleaner than we found it.

Full System Replacement

If your system is 15+ years old or failing, we'll assess whether a repair is worth it or if a new system saves you money over the next decade. We show you the math.

Mini-Split & Heat Pump Systems

Great for additions, garages, and older homes without ductwork. High-efficiency, zoned, and quiet. We size them properly — undercharged mini-splits are a common and expensive mistake.

Honest Assessments

If a repair gets you a few more good years, we'll say so. If replacement is the smarter spend over the next decade, we'll show you why. Your long-term interest is the goal.

New Construction HVAC

Your HVAC sub, from rough-in to final.

Builders and GCs need a mechanical sub who bids straight, shows up on schedule, and passes inspection the first time. That's the job. We work new residential builds from rough-in through final commissioning, and we keep you posted at every stage — one call, straight answers.

Clear Bids from Plans

Send us your mechanical plans and we'll turn around a clear, line-itemed bid. No padding, no surprise change orders halfway through the job.

Rough-In on Schedule

We show up when the schedule says and keep the mechanical scope off your critical path. Ductwork laid out for airflow — not just whatever fits in the joist space.

Finish & Commissioning

Equipment set, startup, and commissioning — registers and thermostats in, system tested and balanced before your walkthrough.

Inspection-Ready Work

Installed to code and manufacturer spec so inspections pass the first time. We coordinate directly with your inspector when needed.

Small Commercial HVAC

Right-sized systems for offices, clinics, and storefronts.

Commercial HVAC is a different animal. Occupancy loads, makeup air requirements, and rooftop equipment all need to work together — and they need to keep working when the space is full of patients or customers. We focus on small commercial: dentist and medical offices, clinics, storefronts, and small office buildings across the Wasatch Front.

Rooftop Unit Installation

RTU replacement and install with all associated ductwork and controls. We coordinate crane lifts and work around your business hours to minimize disruption.

Commercial Ductwork

Commercial duct runs require precise static pressure calculations. We install to spec and to manufacturer requirements — not whatever's easiest on install day.

Exhaust & Ventilation Systems

Exhaust, makeup air, and ventilation sized to how the space is actually occupied. ASHRAE 62.1 compliance by default.

Energy-Efficiency Retrofits

Older commercial buildings often have massive efficiency gains available. We assess your existing system and identify high-ROI improvements — usually duct sealing and economizer upgrades.

Maintenance & Repair

Keep it running before it quits on you.

Most HVAC systems fail in the hottest week of summer or the coldest stretch of winter — not because they're old, but because they weren't maintained. Dirty coils, clogged filters, and loose electrical connections are cheap to fix proactively and expensive to deal with as emergencies. We offer seasonal tune-ups and will tell you honestly if a repair makes sense or if replacement is the smarter call.

Annual Tune-Ups

Spring AC check and fall furnace check. We clean coils, inspect heat exchangers, check refrigerant charge, test safeties, and leave you a written condition report.

Emergency Repairs

When your system fails, we respond the same day — or the next morning for after-hours calls. Call the number, not a dispatch center.

Filter & Coil Service

Evaporator and condenser coil cleaning, filter changes, and blower wheel cleaning. These are the highest-ROI maintenance tasks and the most consistently skipped.

Refrigerant Diagnostics

If your system is low on refrigerant, there's a leak somewhere. We find it, fix it, and charge the system properly — not just top it off and hope for the best.
