We aim to respond the same day — we check messages in the evenings and on weekends too. In practice it's often within a couple of hours during the work week. For truly urgent situations, use the contact form and note it's urgent, or give us a call.
-
Yes. We'll ask enough questions over the phone to understand the scope, then either give you a ballpark on the call or schedule a brief site visit for more complex jobs. Either way, you'll have a written quote before any work begins — no surprises at invoice time.

The full Wasatch Front: Salt Lake City and the surrounding valley, the Provo/Orem area, Ogden, Layton, Davis County, and communities up the mountain canyons. We also do commercial jobs along the I-15 corridor. If you're not sure whether you're in range, include your zip code in the form and we'll confirm.

We assess honestly. If your existing system has a few good years left and the repair cost makes sense, we'll say so — and do the repair. If a repair is a band-aid on something that's going to keep failing, we'll tell you that too and explain the math. The goal is your long-term interest, not the biggest job we can sell you.
-
The principles are the same but the scale, equipment, and code requirements differ significantly. Commercial jobs involve larger equipment (rooftop units, larger air handlers), complex ventilation requirements (makeup air, exhaust systems, ASHRAE 62.1 compliance), and often tighter coordination with construction schedules. We do both — and we're upfront when a commercial job requires permits or inspections that residential work doesn't.
-
That's actually our favorite kind of work. We fabricate in-house, which means we can build to your exact dimensions and specifications — not whatever the supplier stocks. Bring us your drawings, sketches, or just a clear description, and we'll work through it with you. Architectural flashing, chimney caps, restaurant hoods, custom plenums — if it's sheet metal, we can build it.
-
Yes. We carry full general liability coverage and are properly licensed in the state of Utah for HVAC and sheet metal work. We can provide proof of insurance before any job starts — just ask.
